5. Bookings and Service Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed after:

• you accept the proposed service and applicable conditions;
• any required payment or deposit has been completed;
• TravelChain.Asia or the relevant service provider confirms the booking.

You are responsible for reviewing names, travel dates, services, prices and other booking details before making payment or confirming a service.

6. Prices and Payments

7. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

9. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

• arriving on time for flights, transfers, tours, cruises and other scheduled services;

10. Changes, Delays and Force Majeure
